Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine gives update on train derailment, toxic chemicals

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine held a press conference on Tuesday to give updates about the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, earlier this month, which prompted the controlled release and burn of toxic chemicals from several tankers at risk of exploding. Officials said last week that air and water samples determined it was safe for evacuated residents to return to the area, while the National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the incident and said videos showed "preliminary indications of mechanical issues" with one of the train's cars miles before it derailed.
