Intruder Calls 911 On Himself

A man who broke into a Portland, Oregon home called 911 on himself after the homeowner discovered him. The owner also called emergency services after finding the intruder, Timothy Chapek, in her bathroom. Chapek was arrested and will face criminal trespassing charges.
