Minister who stopped electoral plan B went too far: AMLO

President Andrés Manuel López Obrador considered that Minister Javier Laynez of the Court "went too far, he exceeded his authority" after having granted a suspension that put a stop to plan B of the electoral reform, which, he assured, is not a legal matter, but a political and even a commercial one.
