Obrador to send new reform in 2024 to make NG dependent on Sedena

Following the Court's decision that invalidated the National Defense Secretariat's control of the National Guard, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador announced that in September 2024 he will present a new reform initiative to "armor" said corporation by making it depend on the Sedena.
