Roxana Ortiz could go back to prison for excess self-defense

Roxana Ruiz was sexually assaulted and tried to kill her, but her instinct of self-preservation caused her to defend herself and today she is sentenced to six years in prison for excess self-defense, because in her attempt to protect herself she killed her assailant.
