Tijuana serial femicide suspect captured in California

Bryan Rivera, 30 years old and alleged murderer of at least three women in Tijuana, was arrested by U.S. police in southern California. Ted Bundy of Tijuana is expected to be extradited to Mexico in the coming days, where he will face charges for the murder of three women.
