The company Soluciones Integrales de Transportación Vertical en México (Sitravem), has been accused of being responsible for the accident that occurred in an elevator of the hospital of the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, where a six year old girl died.
