COFEPRIS warns about pirated ASPIRIN PROTECT

The Federal Commission for the Protection against Health Risks (Cofepris) issued a health alert to the population due to the counterfeiting of Aspirin Protect 100 mg. Bayer de México, holder of the sanitary registration, announced that the counterfeit product, in presentation of 28 tablets with lot number BT15UX4, has an expiration date of July 2024, while the original product, with the same lot number, has an expiration date of September 2023.
