Hurricane 'Hilary' reaches category 4 as it heads for BCS

In an interview for the First Broadcast of Imagen Informativa, Alex Ramirez, Meteorologist of the National Meteorological Service; Hurricane Hilary reached category 4 on the Saffir-Simpson scale early this morning, August 18, 2023, as it continues to move towards Baja California Sur.
