More than 1,000 pigs drown at Hong Kong farm

Hong Kong has been mopping up after historic rainfall triggered massive flooding in the city on September 7-8, 2023. Among the businesses counting their losses is a pig farm in the New Territories that now faces an uncertain future after suffering over HK$3 million (US$382,000) in losses when it lost over a third of its 3,000 pigs.
