VEGAN salmon fillet made in 3D Printer cosot of 6.35 Dollars a piece

Revo Foods, which specializes in creating synthetic meat, has just created a salmon fillet from filamentous fungi and 3D printed. The Vienna-based company recently unveiled "The fillet," a 100% vegan fish fillet. After several years of experimentation, allowing its 3D printer to integrate fats into matrix proteins. The fillet maintains a similar texture and appearance to a salmon and contains the same amount of omega-3 fatty acids, nine amino acids and six types of vitamins. Its cost, as of October 1, will be 6.99 euros.
