#INDIGNANT: Man arrested in El Salvador for the crime of animal abuse

A man was arrested in El Salvador for the crime of animal abuse. "It was a challenge, I was playing with him" was the response of the transvestite who hit his dog with a kick and grabbed his cat by the head to shake it as if it were a rag while doing a live broadcast, following the comments of people who incited to cause him harm.
