The arrival of hurricane "Lidia" to Mexican coasts

Hurricane Lidia weakened to a remnant low pressure system after making landfall as a category 4 hurricane on Tuesday night. According to the National Meteorological Service (SMN) report, this morning the storm has lost strength after making landfall southeast of the State of Zacatecas, but its remnants continue to generate heavy rains. Damage in Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit and Colima has been greater. There are power outages, housing damage, interruption of roadways and lack of communication in several municipalities.
