At "El Velero" people lost everything

Not even the hill withstood the fury of "Otis". The hurricane left no tree standing, it brought everything down. On "El Velero" hill, one of the highest points in Acapulco, people no longer have any food. They lost everything and the place is forgotten by the authorities.
