Police rescue kitten trapped in a car in Russia

Police and emergency personnel rescued a cat that was locked inside a car in Moscow, Russia, on Wednesday (11/1). Local news reported the feline spent many days in the vehicle without food or water after its owner was taken to a psychiatric facility days prior.
