Governor of Guanajuato avoids talking about massacre in Salvatierra

The governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, refused to comment or take a position on the massacre in Salvatierra, where 12 young people were killed. The governor refused to address the issue when reporters sought his opinion.
