Inmates burned gunpowder and an old year in a Cucuta jail

A group of inmates burned gunpowder and an old year's doll in the Modelo prison in Cúcuta, during the New Year's celebration. They are investigating the inmates and Inpec guards who were in charge of the prison that night, according to Oscar Dimas, the liaison of Penitentiary Affairs of the Personería de Cúcuta.
