US army 'wikileaker' swaps prisons amid torture fears

The US soldier accused of passing thousands of secret government documents to Wikileaks is to be transferred to a new prison. Bradley Manning has been held at a marine base in the US state of Virginia for the past 10 months. The decision to move him follows growing criticism that he's been held in conditions that amount to torture. For more on this, RT is joined by Professor Lawrence Davidson who's in Pennsylvania.
