Shoot-to-kill Order: NATO 'rampant' at Kosovo border

NATO troops in Northern Kosovo have bulldozed a barricade that was set up by Serbs near the border area. That's after all journalists were forced away, barbed wire brought in, along with a promise to shoot to kill anyone trying to cross it.
