Video of celebrations in Palestine as prisoners reunite with families

There were tears of joy in the West Bank and Gaza on Tuesday as friends and relatives welcomed back Palestinian prisoners freed by Israel. Thousands gathered outside the Palestinian presidential compound in the West Bank city of Ramallah to celebrate the moment.
