In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Giuliana Rancic is rocking a gorgeous pink mani! The former E! News anchor posted a pic to her Instagram to show off her flawless fingers and her crystal pink sapphire ring! The 41-year-old has been very vocal about her struggle with breast cancer in the past and has used her platform to create the Fab-U-Wish charity, which has also partnered with The Pink Agenda, to help women feel their best as they cope with fighting cancer.
