Z57 presents closeup of berry plant

Z57 is not quite sure if these berries on this plant are poisonous - not that they plan on using them as an ingredient in a dish - just curious. Eric Litvin doesn't want any plant like this by his home as they attract birds who then leave some colorful poo on the porch! He would definitely have some complaints then!
