NEIGHBORS PUT PADLOCK ON CFE OFFICES

NEIGHBORHOODS LOCK OFF CFE OFFICES Some neighbors of the Costa de Oro section in Playas de Tijuana decided to close the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), putting a padlock on the offices, while employees were inside the facilities. The settlers expressed their discontent for the lack of action on the part of the Commission due to the lack of electric service for three days in their homes.
